The COMBI
system has been created based on the
latest European shuttering trends.
Each module comprises
a metallic steel frame and an 18 mm.
thick plywood board, covered with a
totally sealed phenolic film. |

| Joining
these elements forms a shuttering with the
characteristics that construction nowadays
demands: |
Assembling and dismantling
speed |
Strong resistance to concrete
pressure |
Finishes for visible walls
and columns |
Ideal for large surface areas |
Unlimited combinations |
Recoverable accessories |
Large amount of adjustments |
Easy to clean |
Frame with interchangeable
wood |

The
joint and alignment of the panels is made
quickly using a key which only needs the tap
of a hammer to be inserted. The panels can
be combined both horizontally and vertically
and even layered when the ground is uneven. |
WORK
CRADLE
The work cradle is fixed
to the vertical joints of the panels by means
of a key connected to the cradle. This cradle
guarantees the safety of the operators at
work. |
ELEVATION
HOOK
Used for raising large screens
which are already assembled without having
to dismantle all the panels. A lot of time
is saved with this system as it is not necessary
to dismantle surfaces which can be reused. |
COMPENSATION
PANEL
The compensation panel is
used when the length of the wall does not
correspond to multiples of the standard panels,
and a space is left over. Spaces of 5 to 25
cm. can be compensated using this panel. |
COMPENSATION
PROFILE AND ADJUSTABLE KEY
The adjustable key can carry
out compensations of 0 to 12 cm., fastening
one or two 5 cm. profiles or any wooden strip
of 0 to 12 cm. thick, between the panels.
It
is advisable to use stiffening girders when
the shuttering is fixed to high concrete pressure
and perfect alignments are required.
These girders fit together and fasten
on to the panels using iron fittings and two
nuts, without having to be dismantled every
time the shuttering is removed. |
| |
The
diwidag rod, which fastens
the two shuttering faces, goes through the
panel and the stiffening girder so that these
three elements withstand all the pressure
of the concrete. |
| This
type of set squares are the most commonly
used because they allow us to make walls of
5 in 5 cm. in combination with smaller panels.
The set squares shutter the measurement described
below. |
| Interior
set square of 3000x200x250 joined with aligning
keys |
Exterior
set square of 3000x50x100 joined with aligning
keys |
| |
| This
type of set squares allows us to make walls
of 10 in 10 cm. in combination with smaller
panels. If thicknesses of 5 in 5 cm. are required,
compensation profiles should be used. The
interior set square shutters 10 cm. and the
exterior one nothing. |

CLIMBING
CRADLES
The climbing cradles are
fixed onto the existing wall where the panels
for the next concrete section are leant. These
cradles are also used to support the leveling
props and also as a work platform for the
workers. |
GRADER
SUPPORT
Grader support to make one-faced
walls. |
STOREROOMS
AND LIFT SHAFTS
The COMBI
system can be adapted like meccano to any
interior and exterior measurement of storerooms,
lift shafts or any similar work. |
