REDUCER MOTOR

Totally weathertight (IP-54.) Three-phase alternating current motor including immediate stop electrobrake.
Reducer gears treated. Anti-impact steel cable.
FLOOR SELECTION STRIP

This strip is used to select the required floor, in such a way that the floor skid is on the vertical line of the number on the strip.
Example: Visor on n.º 1, skid 1st floor. Visor on n.º 2, skid 2nd floor.
OPERATING BOX

Totally weathertight operating box. Exterior buttons for going up or down and interlocked safety stop button. Connectors for power entry and exit to the motor, operating hose and safety rails. Three-phase 220/380 voltage inlet. Outlet at 48 V. Easy access to the E.C. approved components.

ANTI-COILING

This runner terminal cuts the power supply when there is a hook up in the cabin and stops the cable from coiling up the other way.
PARACHUTE TRIGGER
MACHINE OPERATING

When the tractor group is activated, the steel cable picks the two arms up releasing the width of the structure.
PARACHUTE TRIGGER
MACHINE BLOCKED

If the steel cable breaks, this is activated and unfolds the arms which remain outside the structure, helped by the springs.

PROTECTIVE FLOOR RAIL

Installed inside the structure of the machine. Easy to instal with the possibility of adjusting them to the required height. It includes a standard micro switch with stop button.
Lowered rail, service lift active, raised rail, service lift blocked.

Detail of the adjusting guides screwed to the structure, positioning the unloading angle at the height of the framework.
GROUND STOP TERMINAL

System which stops the cabin when it reaches ground level.
DOOR SAFETY

When sliding the bolt towards the inside to close the door, the end of the runner interlocks and the service lift will be active. If the doors are open the service lift will be blocked.

OPPOSITE SIDE REDUCER PROTECTION

Protective closure to avoid people entering when the service lift is on upper floors.
UPPER SAFETY TERMINAL

This terminal works when the strip visor is placed above the top floor. On the upper part of the structure there is a flag which activates the end and blocks the cabin.

LIFE GUARD RING

When the cabin is descending, if this device finds any obstacle inside the structure it automatically stops the operation. It can also be ordered to be fixed in the upper part of the cabin.
SPEEDING BRAKE

This device, connected in the reducer, comes into action when one of the reducer’s components is broken and the cabin gains speed when descending.
