WOOD-METAL LINE FORMWORK 80 HANDSET

SPECIFICATIONS

Handset formwork system for concrete walls designed to being manipulated without the help of a crane or auxiliary machinery, as the weight per m2 is only 32Kg. The panel is composed of a metallic reinforced-steel frame and a sealed phenolic treated plywood of 12 millimetres thick. The highest resistance to concrete pressure is 40 KN/m2. The joining system between panels is made of a very light key and with just the help of a hammer knock; it fixes and lines up the panels solidly, getting a quick and safe assembly. The system is characterised on being suitable for small structures like enclosures, foundations, tie beams, edge beam, inspection hatch well and a long etcetera.

MODELS
Build column with Serie 80
During the recent Smopyc 2017 fair, we exhibited the latest model of Serie 80 handset.  Derived from the same model 1 x 1 m we developed it up 3 m to build rectangular & square column.  There are different sizes of panels: 3 m higt x 0,60 m, 0,70 m and 0,80 m width.

ATTACHMENTS
Working cantilever

Quick and easy to install, the working cantilever is attached to the panel with the included alignment cramp allowing to work in height with the related metallic panels and handrail.

Supporting frame

Supporting frame to form one face walls. Quick to install as it only employs metallic craws. It is recommended to install the panels in horizontal position. In the back part it includes a screw for regulation and in the frontal part, next to the panels, it includes a metallic rawl to the footing.

Stabilizer

This adjustable stabilizer permits adjusting the verticality of the panels. The panel assembly piece is included on the corner. This piece cannot support the concrete pressure on the panels.

90º internal corner

With the different sizes available it is possible to form all wall thicknesses with intervals of 5 or 10 cm combining it with the external panels and squares.

90º external corner

With its different sizes it is possible to form all thicknesses of wall, with intervals of 5 cm or 10 cm combining it with lower size panels.

Compensation panel

Panel used to compensate spaces up to 25 cm between panels, where the length of the wall doesn?t correspond to multiples of standard panels. It includes ironwork and diwidag rod to hold between the panels. It is recommended to introduce the diwidag rod into the hole to support the concrete pressure.

Compensation profile

This profile allows compensating 5 cm between the panels.

18 mm phenolic plywood

Phenolic plywood of 12 mm thickness

Stiffening girder

This attachment is used on large size walls. Its double function is stiffening the system as well as aligning the panels with the highest finishing quality.

ACCESSORIES
Pressing cramp

Light pressing cramp used to close, press and align the panels with a knock.

Join fitting

Junction between panels conditioned to the holes incorporated on the panel. It cannot be replaced for the cramp, but they can be used in combination, for example two cramps and two fits by panel.

Plate of seat

Accessory used on the reinforcement of the beam. It is advisable when the panels are placed with the diwidag rod in horizontal position.

Plastic stopper Ø22

Plug for blocking the hole in the panel when the diwidag tie rod does not need to be inserted, preventing the concrete from leaking.

Plastic cone

Piece placed on the endings of the sheath for the reinforcement and easy way of the diwidag rod. Usually the can be reused.

PVC sheath

Plastic pipe used to recover the diwidag tie rod while the wall is being constructed and afterwards getting it back and reuse.

Diwidag rod Ø22

This rod is used in the supporting frames. It supports the compression of the concrete and it is placed on the footing. It can be got back if a sheath is used.

Fixed plate nut Ø17/100

Used together with the diwidag tie rod, it supports the concrete pressure in the construction of a two faces wall.

Hexagonal nut Ø17

This nut is used when the fixed plate nut does not fit. It is mainly installed when the panels are paced horizontally, on the floor section.

Elevation cramp

Accessory for hoisting panels. The cramp is introduced in the profile of the panel and tightened until it rests hard insured.

Ironwork for accessory subjection

Ironwork used to fix the chosen accessory to the panel with a hexagonal nut and a fixed plate nut and so built a screen with several panels for hoisting them with a crane.
