ATTACHMENTS

	Working Cantilever Quick and easy to install, the Working Cantilever allows working in height with the related metallic panels and handrail. It is only necessary to attach the Working Cantilever to the panel with the included Alignment Cramp.

	Climbing Cantilever The Climbing Cantilever is fixed to the holes remaining on the dry wall from the diwidag rods. We just need the next formwork to bite 5cm. from the dry wall below. You can also use the Climbing Cantilever as Working Cantilever by adding the metal panels and handrails.

Climbing Cantilever special

Climbing cantilever with working platform to form walls with large heights by using this climbing system. This cantilever is characterised by the integration in once piece of all its elements. This system can by used for one-faced walls and two-faced walls. When assembling one-faced walls we will use the Recoverable Steel Cone and when assembling two-faced wall we will use the Screwed Rod M-24 in 10.9 quality together with Special Screws in the same quality.

	Stiffening Girder The Stiffening Girder is used on large size walls. Its double function of stiffening the system as well as aligning the panels shapes the wall with the highest finishing quality.

	90º Internal Corner It is compatible with all the Wood-Metal panels on our range. With the different sizes available it is possible to form all thicknesses of wall with intervals of 5 or 10 cm. combining it with the external panels and squares.

	90º External Corner It is compatible with all the Wood-Metal panels on our range. With the different sizes available it is possible to form all thicknesses of wall with intervals of 5 or 10 cm. combining it with the lower size panels.

	Internal Hinge Internal Hinge to form variable corners. It is easy to install by using the same accessories from the 90º corners.

	External Hinge External Hinge to form variable corners. It is easy to install by using the same accessories from the 90º corners.

	1m. Supporting Frame Small frame for one face 1m. height walls or two face walls with special widths. Quick and easy to install it only employs metallic rawls.

	3m. Supporting Frame Supporting frame to form once wace walls. Quick and easy to install it only employs metallic rawls. It is recommended to install the panels in horizontal position.

	Reinforced 3m. Supporting Frame Reinforced Supporting Frame for 3m. one face walls. It comes from the 6m. Supporting Frame by using only the 3m. module.

	5m. Supporting Frame Supporting Frame for 5m. one face walls. It comes from the 6m. Supporting Frame by using the 3m. and 2m. modules.

	6m. Supporting Frame 6m. Supporting Frame set for the forming of large one face walls. The combination of different accessories for its mounting ensures a perfect floor fixation and verticality.

	8m. Supporting Frame 2m. extension to be used with the full set of 6m. Supporting Frame. It needs the same accessories as the standard 6m. Supporting Frame.

	1m. Enlargement for Supporting Frame With this 1m. Enlargement we can reach up to 9m. height walls in combination with the standards Supporting Frames. It is placed over the 8m. Supporting Frame.

	3m. Stabilizer This adjustable Stabilizer permits adjusting the verticality of the panels and supports concrete pressure from the panels. The panel assembly piece is included on the corner.

ACCESSORIES

	Alignment Cramp Wrench used to join two panels together, which can withstand the compression the concrete exerts on said panels.

	Adjustable Cramp Special wrench for attachment between panels when the space between them does not allow the alignment wrench to be used.

	Elevation Cramp Accessory for hoisting panels using a crane. It can pick up one or more panels at once.

	Bean Fastening Fitting Part used together with the hexagonal nut and the fixed-plate nut to attach the stiffening beam to the panels.

	Floor Achorage Anchorage that allows fixing the bottom part of the panel to the floor avoiding that it rises. It is adjusted to the floor with metallic rawls.

	Column Closing Square The Column Closing Square is used to form square or rectangle shape columns from 20 up to 80cm. avoiding drilling the panel. Each column includes 12 units with all its accessories.

	Closing Column Frame Fitting This mounting is used together with a 17/120 support plate and a fixed-plate nut for construction of columns by drilling the wood.

	Diwidag Rod Ø 17 It is in charge, together with the fixed-plate nut, of withstanding the compression the concrete exerts on the panels.

	Diwidag Rod Ø 22 It is in charge, together with the permanent anchor, of withstanding the compression the concrete exerts on the reinforcement beam in the leveling supports.

	Fixed Plate Nut 17/100 It is in charge, together with the 17-mm Dywidag tie rod, of withstanding the compression the concrete exerts on the panels.

	Hexagonal Nut It is in charge, together with the 17-mm Dywidag tie rod, of withstanding the compression the concrete exerts on the panels. It is mainly installed when the panels are placed horizontally, on the floor section.

	Vikingo Nut Ø 17 It is in charge, together with the Dywidag tie rod, of withstanding the compression the concrete exerts on the panels. It is used together with the 17/120 support plate

	Vikingo Nut Ø 22 It is in charge, together with the Dywidag tie rod, of withstanding the compression the concrete exerts on the reinforcement beam in the leveling supports.

	Plate of Seat 17/120 Acts as a reinforcement when the wing nut or the hexagonal nut are installed.

	Plate of Seat 22/150 Accessory placed on the reinforcement beam on the leveling support on which the 22-mm wing nut rests.

	Anchor for Supporting Girder Ø 22 Special nut for the construction of walls with permanent leveling support It is used before placing the footing.

	Watertight Joint Ø17 Non-recoverable nuts that remain inside the Diwidag Rod holes (for example in water deposits) to get watertight with no need to fill them up.

	Plastic Cone This cone is used as an end plate on either side of the pipe to prevent it from digging into the wood of the panel and so that it can withstand the pressure exerted on the tube when squeezed.

	Plastic Stopper Ø22 Plug for blocking the hole in the panel when the Dywidag tie rod does not need to be inserted to prevent the concrete from leaking.
