Shoring Box made of two panels large size panels for earth retaining during trenches execution. It is specially designed for plumbing trenches, water pipes, electrical and telecommunications wiring, etc. Its strong structure allows up to 55,6KN/m2 pressures. Consisting on two modules of 3, 00 x 2, 40 m. and 3, 00 x 1, 60 m. The smaller module can be joined to the bigger one by joint by bolts. The Fixed Struts allows the smallest size of 0,80 m. For bigger and variable sizes we place Extensors easily screwed to the Struts to reach up to 4,00 m. |

Shoring box module 3,00 m. large and 2,40 m. height. It?s made of longitudinal welded profiles reinforced in their corners and with transverse beams for reinforcing the system and struts fixing. It includes 4 struts in the corners of the box. It allows to fix on the upper corner a 1,60 m. box to reach a height of 4,00 m. The largest width is 4,00 m. by adjusting the corresponding extensors. |

Shoring box module 3,00 m. large and 1,60 m. height. It?s made of longitudinal welded profiles reinforced in their corners and with transverse beams for reinforcing the system and struts fixing. It includes 2 struts in the corners of the box. It allows to fix on the lower corner a 2,40 m. box to reach a height of 4,00 m. The largest width is 4,00 m. by adjusting the corresponding extensors. |

| ATTACHMENTS |

Strut
Auxiliary metallic element fixed horizontally by bolts to the reinforcing beams of the shoring box panels. The springs included on the system allow graduating the oscillation that may occur while fixing it. Once the shoring box is fully mounted one strut screws to the left direction and the other to the right direction. This allows an inside displacing of 5 cm. to separate the module from earth and pull them up easily. |

0,25 m. Extensor
0,25 m. tubular extensor to be fixed between the struts. With this strut the useful width is 1,05 m. It is easy to screw by 4 screws on each corner. They can be combined to made different widths, up to 2,00 m. width. |

0,50 m. tubular extensor to be fixed between the struts. With this strut the useful width is 1,55 m. It is easy to screw by 4 screws on each corner. They can be combined to made different widths, up to 2,00 m. width. |

1,00 m. tubular extensor to be fixed between the struts. With this strut the useful width is 2,05 m. It is easy to screw by 4 screws on each corner. It is only usable for this width. |

2,00 m. Extensor
Special beam extensor of 2,00 m. lenght to for larger widths from 2,00 m. up to 4,00 m. They can be combined with other extensors for mid sizes as 2,50m, 3,00m or 3,50m. |

Junction Piece
Junction piece to join the panels in height. It is fixed on the upper guides of the 2,40 m. box by bolt. The 1,60 m. box is fixed on the bottom part also by bolt. |
