HANDSET WOOD METAL FORMWORK

SPECIFICATIONS

The main characteristic of this formwork is the low weight of panels: 36 Kg for panel 1200x900, being 33 Kg per each square meter. As a consequence, neither crane nor auxiliary machinery is needed to elevate this system.
It is formed by a steel and 12 mm thick plywood covered by a phenolic finishing. The resistance against concrete presure is 40 kN/m2.
Panels can be placed horizontal or verticaly and it makes possible a wide range of combinations.
This formwork line can be used to assembly walls and columns as well.
The junction between panels is realized with joint fittings which are tightened to panels with a hammer hit.
As accessories, internal - external corners allow creating the 90º angles. Stiffening girders are used to reinforce the junction between panels. Tie rods dim 17 and fixed plate nuts serve to support the pressure of concrete.

	Handset wood-metal panel 1200x900 The lightweight panel 1200x900 weights 36 Kg and it includes two handles for a more comfortable handling.

	Handset wood-metal panel 1200x600 The lightweight panel 1200x600 weights 27 Kg and it includes two handles for a more confortable handling.

	Handset wood-metal panel 1200x450 The lightweight panel 1200x450 weights 23 Kg and it includes two handles for a more confortable handling.

	Handset wood-metal panel 1200x300 The lightweight panel 1200x300 weights 16 Kg.

	Other sizes Panels 1200x300 and 1200x150 and 1200x100 can be manufactured on-demand. The contact face of these board can be manufactured in wood or plate.

ATTACHMENTS

	Handset internal corner Internal corner 1200x200x200 mm(it covers 200 mm per each side) 90º angles.

	Handset external corner External corner 1200 mm (it doesn´t cover any surface) to obtain 90º angles

	Handset compensation profile Compensation profile. It is used to compesate 5 cm long between panels.

	Handset compensation panel Compensation panel 1200x200 is used to compensable variable distances between panels. Image will be added soon

	Working cantilever for handset wood-metal formwork It is installed on the panels. Cantilevers are a safety protection for workers and they have to be used together with metallic working platforms, skirtings and handraits. Image will be added soon.

ACCESSORIES

	Joint fitting for handset wood-metal formwork A simgle hammer hit is enough to close and tighten adjacent panels.

	Stopper dim. 22 Plastic stopper designed to cover the timber drills and avoid the overflow of concrete.

	Tie rod dim. 17 Tie rod designed to wook with fixed plate nut and support the concrete pressure.

	Fixed platye nut 17/100 Nuts are used together with tie rods to support the pressure of concrete.
