LIGHT LINE FORMWORK
 
SPECIFICATIONS
 
This column formwork line is characterised by its light weight with only 46Kg. for a 3000 x 500mm. panel. You can combine all panels forming columns both square and rectangle shape from 15 cm up to 45 cm. The Bolt is welded to the panel and the Wedge is attached to it by a chain avoiding the lost of those elements.

ATTACHMENTS
Annex Panel
The Annex Panel is designed for the construction of pillars joined to the adjoining building with three standard panels and the corresponding accessory.
Stiffening Girders
Very easy assembly by using only two accessories. It is possible to apply the Girders with panels in both horizontal and vertical position. Its double function of stiffening the system as well as aligning the panels shapes the wall with the highest finishing quality.
Wall Square
With the Walls Squares we can form many different walls with different thicknesses. They are complemented by adjusting the holes on the back panel.
Screen and Seals Assembly
On making the two-faced wall, the internal pressure of the concrete is supported with the traditional guide bar or with the diwidag rod and its recoverable assembly accessories.

Beam Anchor Bolt

Bolt used together with the wedge to attach the stiffening beam for wall construction.
0,50 Sword

It is in charge, together with the wedge, of withstanding the compression the concrete exerts on the plates.  Adjusts from 15 cm to 50 cm in steps of 5 cm.
0,70 Sword

It is in charge, together with the wedge, of withstanding the compression the concrete exerts on the plates.  Adjusts from 15 cm to 70 cm in steps of 5 cm.
0,50 Closing Sheet Metal

It is generally used with the horizontal plates and the bolt at the top, acting as a plug connector. It withstands the pressure the concrete exerts on the plate.  Adjusts from 15 cm to 50 cm in steps of 5 cm.
0,70 Closing Sheet Metal

It is generally used with the horizontal plates and the bolt at the top, acting as a plug connector. It withstands the pressure the concrete exerts on the plate.  Adjusts from 15 cm to 70 cm in steps of 5 cm.
Closing Wedge Without Chain

Wedge used together with the bolt to shape the columns.  Can also be used together with the beam anchor bolt to attach the stiffening beam.
Plastic Stopper Ø16

Plug for blocking the holes of the actual plate to prevent the concrete from leaking.
Diwidag Rod Ø13

It is in charge, together with the fixed-plate nut, of withstanding the compression the concrete exerts on the plates.
Fixed Plate Nut Ø13x50

It is in charge, together with the 13-mm Dywidag tie rod, of withstanding the compression the concrete exerts on the plates.

Beam Joint Fitting

It is used when placing stiffening beams longitudinally to join them together.

It is generally used to join plates at a height.

Junction between plates for the construction of longitudinal walls.
Annex Joint Fitting

Special Joint for the fitting of standard panels to the Annex Panel.

SPARES
Bolt
Bolt used with the matching wedge of the opposite plate to join the plates and shape the column. This part is welded to the actual plate.
Closing Wedge Wiht Chain
Wedge welded directly to the plate by means of a chain used together with the bolt of the opposite plate to shape the columns.
